Prices shown above in our Price List are subject to change without notice. We do our very best however to keep our prices as low as possible.
WE WILL GIVE 5% DISCOUNT ON PURCHASES OF $1,500 - $2,999 AND 10% DISCOUNT ON PURCHASES OF $3,000 AND UP. These discount terms do not apply to any specials on offer.

PAYMENT
Payment must be received with your order. You can pay by Paypal, personal check, or cash in US$ or UK £. Foreign customers may pay by Personal Check from foreign bank if it has a branch in the UK. Otherwise by wire transfer to our bank account.

SHIPPING
All orders are sent by First Class Mail, unless an alternative method of shipping is requested. For all shipments, you must provide us with your full name and address. No P.O. Box numbers please.
For shipping, packing and insurance add the following charges world wide;
- Order from $50 to $200 add $21.50
- Order from $201 to $500 add $23.00
- Order from $501 to $1000 add $25.00
- Order from $1001 to $3000 add $30.00
- Order from $3000 and up, add $35.00

RETURN POLICY
If you cannot make use of some material you receive, it may be returned for an exchange or refund in the same condition within 15 days of its arrival. Such materials should be sent back with a check sufficient to cover our S&H expenses. Plus there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted with any refund requested on lab gems.
