FAQ ? How can I purchase the Gemstones you have in the stores? You can easily click the item you have selected which adds this to the shopping cart. You can also contact us and tell us your specific requirements in the various Gemstones we have on offer. All information you provide to us is strictly confidential and protected as laid down in the data protection act. There is no Sales Tax for International Buyers. Please be advised that you may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges are your responsibility. As Customs charges differ from country to country please contact your local customs office for further information.
How can I pay you for my order? We give you various payment options to provide you with flexibility to make payment through Bank transfer, Paypal, Moneybookers, Stormpay, Nochex etc. If you are unsure please contact us for more details.
How do you ship orders? We ship all orders out using Insured Royal Mail Services for all International shipments. In the USA we use USPS priority mail for all shipments. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays and also related to wrong shipping addresses and customs delays. For expedited mail shipments we do use Fedex and DHL where the extra cost is agreed upon by you the purchaser before shipment. What are your shipping rates? Shipping rates start from US $20 per shipment which includes admin, handling and packaging. For more expedited shipping we charge US $30. Further costs through Fedex or DHL will be borne by the buyer and advised to you in advance if you have requested this service.
How much time does it take to receive items once ordered? We usually take 2-3 days to process your order and ship this to you. The parcel then may take 3 -10 days more depending upon your destination country.
Do you keep all stones in stock for immediate shipment? Although we stock a certain amount we do have to order some items from the cutters at our factory. If your desired item/s are not in stock we will advise you by email of this and ask if you wish our factory to cut the desired stones for you.
