MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum for any natural loose AAA grade gems order is US$200 these can be in mixed shapes, sizes, and variations in the Gemstone Stores. If you wish to purchase just one gem or a few gems with a total value of less than $200 you may do so gladly, but we have to charge you the same shipping cost of $30.00.
Minimum order for Lab created gems is $125 plus $30 shipping cost up to 1500cts in weight.
Minimum order on Tumbled stones is $150 plus shipping cost.

Full payment must accompany order. £ Pound funds only. We accept Visa, Mastercard, etc through Paypal, Nochex, Stormpay and Western union payments.

When you pay by personal or business check, your order will be held until your check clears our bank. Items which are currently in stock are usually shipped within 2 business days.
With specially ordered gems they are cut and polished in our factory and despatched from there direct to you.
For purchases totalling over US$ 200, we use Airsure express (International Priority Service), including mandatory insurance US$40.00
Registered Mail : Taking time approximately 7-14 business days, worldwide but no reserved insurance cost for US$30.00 (under 1000 cts in weight)
DHL: Worldwide delivery within 2-5 business days, including mandatory insurance cost US$80
Registered Mail Shipping Rate (Total weight over 1,500 cts.) including insurance US$ FREE Shipping.
After payment clearance, item(s) are shipped within 2 business days.

DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT
If there is any visible damage at time of delivery, notify the carrier EMS at once. Open your packages upon receipt. In case of concealed damage discovered after unpacking, contact the delivery carrier immediately and request an inspection. Save all packing and cartons. Adjustments must be made with the Carrier.
RETURNS Policy
At Gems international, our number one priority is to gain your trust and satisfaction so you will not only purchase from us now, but many times in the future as well.
Stones from our online stores may be returned within 7 days from the date of sale, (except for special sale items and custom orders especially purchased in for you, where there is no refund) provided they are returned in original condition and have not been damaged or custom cut per your specifications. All stones are weighed and inspected prior to shipment and immediately upon return.
You must get return authorization from us to return. There will be a 15% restocking charge, less shipping costs which will not be refunded. Also the 4% Credit card fee will NOT be refunded. In the rare case you want to return a gem, please send us an email for shipping instructions. If you have paid through Paypal these fees are also deducted from any refund given.
DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM TO US WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US.
PRICES
While we strive to keep prices affordable, prices and terms are subject to change without notice. All items will be invoiced at current prices. We reserve the right to correct any errors in this online store.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We make every attempt to ensure that the photographs and descriptions of gemstones are as accurate as possible, however no photographic process or digital scanner is perfect. We photograph using Olympus Digital camera equipment. The photographs however, in JPG format cannot hope to match the beauty of seeing the gemstone in person. What this means, is that if the gemstone looks good here in a JPG file, it will look great when it arrives at your door.
GEMSTONE CERTIFICATES
Unlike diamond certificates, which have an international certification standard (GIA), there is no corresponding internationally recognized certification for coloured gemstones. We don't issue certificates with the gemstones we sell. We do guarantee that a gemstone is what we say it is, and we guarantee it's quality. You are free to take any gemstone purchased to a qualified gemologist to have it evaluated, and return it for a refund within 10 days of its receipt if you are not satisfied. If we issued certificates, we would have to pass this cost onto you. If you are purchasing a gemstone as an investment, and plan to resell it later, then you can have it certified yourself. We leave the choice up to you.
